How do I change my Prerender.io billing frequency?

Switch from monthly to quarterly or annual billing through a support request from your dashboard.

TL;DR

Prerender.io plans bill monthly by default. To request quarterly or annual billing, send a message through Contact Support inside your Prerender.io dashboard and our team will review the change. Annual billing is available on the Enterprise Plus plan, and other arrangements can be reviewed case by case.

How the default billing cycle works

All Prerender.io plans renew and charge on a monthly cycle by default. Your card on file is charged automatically on your renewal date, and an invoice is issued at the start of each billing period with your plan cost and any extra renders from the previous cycle.

If your finance or operations team prefers fewer transactions, a longer billing cycle can simplify reconciliation and make plan cost easier to forecast.

ℹ️ Annual billing is part of the Enterprise Plus plan and is not enabled by default on the self-serve plans (Starter, Growth, Pro). How to request quarterly or annual billing

The request goes through your Prerender.io dashboard, so our team can verify the account before making any changes.

Step 1: log in to your Prerender.io dashboard.

Open prerender.io and sign in to the account whose billing frequency you want to change. You will need account owner or admin access to submit a billing change request.

Step 2: open the support form inside your dashboard.

Click the green Support button in the top-right corner of your dashboard, then choose Contact Support from the dropdown menu. Submitting from inside your account helps our team confirm the request comes from you and route it to the right team.

Step 3: describe the billing change you want.

In the form, state the billing frequency you would like, the effective date, and any context that helps our team. A short message works, for example: "Please review our account for annual billing, effective from our next renewal." If you manage more than one Prerender.io account, include the account or company name.

Step 4: confirm the change with our team.

Our team will reply, walk you through any plan-level requirements (an annual cycle, for example, is tied to the Enterprise Plus plan), and update your account once confirmed. The new cycle takes effect from your next renewal date, so your current service continues uninterrupted.

✅ Your billing frequency has been updated when the next invoice in your dashboard covers the new period instead of a single month.
