All Prerender.io subscriptions include access to support for billing questions, account management issues (like login problems), and in some plans, technical assistance. The way you contact support, and the level of response you receive, depends on your subscription tier.
Users can reach our team directly through the Prerender Dashboard or using designated contact links on our website. This ensures that whether you're on an ESSENTIAL or enterprise-level CUSTOM plan, help is just a few clicks away.
Detailed Explanation / How It Works
Support is accessible through two primary entry points:
1. Through the Dashboard
- Log in to your Prerender account.
- Click the green Support button in the top-right corner.
- From the dropdown menu, select Contact Support.
2. Through the Contact Us page
- Go to the Contact Us page on our site.
- Click on either the "Email: sales@prerender.io" or green "Request A Call Back" button for sales-related inquiries or upgrades.
Support Priority by Plan Tier
The speed and method of support you receive are based on your plan tier:
- Free: Access to the Knowledge Base only. Self-service troubleshooting with no direct contact options.
- Essential: Support requests via email (through Dashboard form) with low response priority.
- Advanced: Support via email with medium priority, using the same Dashboard form.
- Custom: Highest-tier support—contact via Dashboard form or by phone. Requests are prioritized with high urgency.
Step-by-Step Usage
- Log in to the Prerender Dashboard.
- Click the Support icon at the top-right of the page.
- In the menu that opens, click Contact Support.
- Fill out the support form that appears, describing your issue.
- Submit the request. Our team will respond based on your current plan priority.
