Self-serve plans bill monthly by card or PayPal, and Enterprise accounts can request custom payment terms.

Starter, Growth, and Pro plans are billed monthly by card. If you are on an Enterprise plan, custom payment terms are available on request. Contact support@prerender.io to discuss billing arrangements that fit your procurement process.

Starter, Growth, and Pro plans are billed monthly by card. Your payment method and billing details can be managed from your Prerender.io dashboard under Billing Info.

Custom payment terms for Enterprise accounts
Enterprise customers can request custom payment terms by contacting the Prerender.io support team. Custom terms are set on a per-account basis and are not applied automatically.
To request custom payment terms:
- Email support@prerender.io with your account details and the billing arrangement you need.
- The support team will confirm what options are available for your plan.
ℹ️ Custom payment terms are available for Enterprise accounts only. If you are on a Starter, Growth, or Pro plan and want to explore Enterprise options, select Contact Sales at the top-right corner from the Support menu in your Prerender.io dashboard.
