From there, you can explore alternative plans, compare pricing, and click to downgrade at any time. Billing continues only through the current billing cycle—there are no surprise charges or locked-in contracts.
What happens when a subscription is cancelled

Canceling a subscription
1. Navigate to the Billing page in your Prerender
2. Find and click the "Cancel" button.
Important: If the "Cancel" button is missing or is otherwise failing, please contact the Support team by using the "Support" menu at the top of your Dashboard or sending an email to support@prerender.io.
Important notes
- Your account will be billed for the usage under your current plan until the date of downgrade. There are no hidden fees or surprises.
- There are no cancellation penalties or hidden fees.
