Canceling Your Paid Subscription

Easily manage your subscription level directly from the Prerender.io dashboard.

You can end your subscription directly from your Billing page, without waiting for Support to process your request. Your current usage, render limits and plan details are displayed in the Billing section, so you can review your plan and make changes at any time.

What happens when a subscription is cancelled

Self‑serve cancellation is available only to customers on paid self‑serve plans. Accounts under Enterprise agreements or custom MSAs are excluded; those customers must still contact Support to end or modify their contracts.

Canceling a subscription

1. Navigate to the Billing page in your Prerender

 

 

2. Find and click the "Cancel" button. 

Important: If the "Cancel" button is missing or is otherwise failing, please contact the Support team by using the "Support" menu at the top of your Dashboard or sending an email to support@prerender.io. 

 

What happens after you cancel

  • Service continues until the end of the billing period. Your account remains active, and rendering continues until your current billing cycle concludes. There are no surprise charges or locked‑in contracts, and you will not be billed beyond the end of the period.

  • Extra renders may be invoiced. If you exceed your monthly render limit before the cancellation date, additional renders will be invoiced for that period.

  • Reactivation is easy. You may reactivate your subscription at any time before or after it ends by returning to the Billing page and choosing a plan. Access to reactivation is available even after cancellation.

  • Confirmation email. Prerender.io sends a cancellation confirmation email once the action is completed. Keep this for your records.

  • No penalties or hidden fees. Prerender does not charge cancellation fees; your account is billed for your current plan only through the cancellation date.
