Team Accounts / Multi Users

Prerender.io has a multi-user functionality, which is still under development. You can invite your colleagues via your Dashboard by navigating to Team Members.
You can invite your colleagues to access your Prerender account by adding their email address.

Please be aware that you can invite as many members as you need. Invitation links are valid for 12 hours.

The invitation will only work for email addresses not yet registered on Prerender. If you want to add colleagues with an email already registered, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

User roles and permissions:

• Account Owner
  • Invite users with any role
  • Edit any users' role while the invitation is pending
  • Remove any users from the main account
• Admin
  • Invite any users except Admin and Account Owner
  • No permission to change users' role
  • Remove any member of the team besides the Account Owner
• Billing Manager
  • Invite other Billing Manager
  • No permission to edit or remove users
  • No permission to delete or add cached URLs
  • No permission to change setting
  • Manage billing data, changing subscription plan, purchase packages
  • Export data from the dashboard
• Team members
  • Change setting
  • Delete or add cached URLs
  • Invite other Team Member or Guest user
• Guest
  • Read-only. No permission to change any settings or export or delete anything.
  • No permission to invite further users

You can remove users from your Prerender account if necessary.
