Access to Support

All Prerender.io subscriptions include support for billing and general account management issues like login problems.

There are two ways to reach out to us:

Dashboard

Once you log in to your account, you will find two buttons on the bottom left corner:

The lightbulb button will open our Knowledge base.

The Help button will open a form where you can send us an email:

The options shown in the form may vary according to the different support levels provided by the different plans - we'll cover that below.

Pricing page

You will find a Help button in the bottom left corner of our Pricing page, which will open a form where you can reach out to us regarding any sales questions:

Access to technical support and channels for support vary according to the available plans

Basic

Basic plans have access to our Knowledge Base (which is where you are right now).

Startup

The Startup plan has access to technical support via email, using the form in the Dashboard. These requests are handled with a low priority.

Business

Access via email using the form in the Dashboard. These requests are handled with a normal priority.

Enterprise

Access via email using the form in the Dashboard or via a call. These requests are handled with a high priority.
