Nexus: Prerender.io’s AI-Powered Integration Assistant

Nexus is an AI-powered assistant available inside your Prerender dashboard. It helps you configure, verify, and troubleshoot your integration with streamlined operational finesse. This guide outlines what Nexus can do and how to use it during your setup workflow.

Nexus uses OpenAI’s Zero Data Retention setup, meaning the model provider does not store or train on your messages or screenshots. For our own observability, we store traces in LangSmith, including text and screenshots, so we can monitor, debug, and continuously improve the experience. LangSmith provides the data residency, and the storage is strictly for operational visibility rather than model training.

Overview

Nexus provides real-time guidance during onboarding and integration. Users can ask questions, upload screenshots, and receive step-by-step recommendations that adapt to their framework and configuration.

Nexus is optional, but highly useful when you need quick clarification or want to validate that your setup aligns with best practices.

Key Capabilities

Adaptive integration guidance

Nexus can answer implementation questions, provide clarification on any integration steps, and give context-aware suggestions based on the information you provide.
You can also upload screenshots so Nexus can identify misconfigurations or areas that need attention.

Inline troubleshooting

If you encounter unexpected behavior during setup, you can use Nexus to walk through potential root causes. Nexus will suggest corrective actions, configuration checks, or recommended updates.
