How do I export my Prerender.io analytics data?

TL;DR

You can export analytics data from several sections of your Prerender.io dashboard, including CDN Analytics, Cache Manager, Sitemaps, and Render History. Trigger an export from any of those pages, and Prerender.io emails you a download link. You can also retrieve the file directly from the notification tray inside your dashboard.

Step 1: Log in to your Prerender.io dashboard.

Go to Prerender.io and sign in to your account.

ℹ️ Exports are only delivered to the user who triggers them. Other members of your workspace will not receive the email or the in-dashboard notification.

Step 2: Navigate to the section you want to export from.

Exports are available from four sections of your Prerender.io dashboard:

CDN Analytics — crawler visit data and traffic breakdowns
Cache Manager — cached page status and activity
Sitemaps — sitemap submission and processing data
Render History — a log of all pages Prerender.io has rendered

Step 3: Apply filters to target the data you want.

Use the filter controls at the top of the page to narrow by date range, crawler type, URL pattern, or other available dimensions.

Filtering before you export keeps the file focused and reduces processing time, especially on high-traffic sites.

Step 4: Click Export and configure the export parameters.

Click the Export button on the page. A dialog appears with additional parameters such as date range and file scope. Adjust them as needed, then click Export again to confirm.

⚠️ On high-traffic sites, the exported file may contain slightly different figures compared to the on-screen report. This can happen when crawlers visit your site between the time the report is generated and the time the export finishes processing.

Step 5: Retrieve your exported file.

Prerender.io delivers the download link in two places:

Email — a link is sent to the email address of the user who triggered the export.
Notification tray — the file also appears in the notification tray inside your Prerender.io dashboard.

✅ Your export is ready when you receive the download email or see the file appear in the notification tray. Click the link to download your file.

Export charts to PDF

You can also export charts from the main Prerender.io dashboard and CDN Analytics pages as a PDF. This is useful for sharing performance snapshots with your team or clients.

To export a chart as a PDF, click the export icon in the top-right corner of the chart you want to save.

ℹ️ PDF chart export is available on all Prerender.io plans.
