Overview
Sometimes you may want to download the content you see inside the Dashboard and CDN Analytics sections in Prerender. Once the export is triggered you will receive an email with a link to the requested data.
Exporting data
Exports can be triggered from several pages within Prerender. These include: CDN Analytics, Cache Manager, Sitemaps & Render History.
For example, within the CDN Analytics page, use the filter section to target the data you want to see and then click on Export. Adjust the export parameters and then click Export again. You will then receive an email containing a link to the requested download. The export can also be downloaded using the notification tray available within Prerender.
On high traffic sites it's possible for the export to contain slightly different data compared to the report. That is most likely because crawlers visited your site between the time the report and the export were generated.
Access to the requested data
Both the Export download email and the user notification are only sent to the user who requested the export, not to the other users in the workspace. Also, the notification area is only updated on page refresh/reload.
