How to invite Colleagues to Your Prerender Account
Here's how to add a Team Member
On the left-hand side of your Prerender dashboard, do the following:
- Select the Team Members menu (as seen in the screenshot below)
- Type in or paste the email address of your teammate into the input field under "Invite Colleagues."
- Send an invite with the button at the bottom labeled "Send Invite".
- An invite link is sent to the typed-in or pasted email address.
- After the recipient clicks on the link and sets up a password
- Invitees can now log in using the email address to which the invite was sent and with the password they created.
From now on, your colleague has full access to the Prerender dashboard, and you can work together more efficiently.
Once the invitation is sent, you can revoke it or resend it later in case the link expired. Below is what the sent-out invitation will look like on your dashboard. In this particular screenshot, this invitation has been sent out but has not been accepted yet.
What are the Benefits?
You can grant full access to your teammates without sharing your password and work together by inviting them into your Prerender account.
What if the user already exists?
- An invitation can only be sent to email addresses not yet registered in Prerender.
- If you see a message saying that the User already exists, kindly contact our support team using the contact form in your Prerender dashboard or email support@prerender.io.
- We can move the already existing account under your main account. However, moving the already existing account will revoke access from the original account.
However, if necessary, our support team can delete the team member's account.
