How to Invite Colleagues to Your Prerender Account

How to Add a Team Member to Your Prerender Account

On the left-hand side of your Prerender dashboard, do the following:

  1. Select the Security and Access menu on the left-hand side (as seen in the screenshot) and click "Team Members" at the top. 
  2. Type in or paste your teammate's email address into the input field under "Invite Colleagues", select their role, and send an invite by pressing "Send Invite."
  3. Then, your colleague will need to click on the link and set up a password. 
  4. Invitees can now log in using the email address to which the invite was sent and with the password they created.

From now on, your colleague has full access to the Prerender dashboard, and you can work together more efficiently. 

The link expires
The invite link expires 12 hours after it was delivered. 

Once the invitation is sent, you can revoke it or resend it later in case the link expired. Below is what the sent-out invitation will look like on your dashboard. In this particular screenshot, this invitation has been sent out but has not been accepted yet.

What are the Benefits? 

By inviting them to your Prerender account, you can grant full access to your teammates without sharing your password and work together
Team roles range from full-access Account Owner to read-only Guest, allowing tailored permissions for each member's responsibilities.

What if the user already exists?

  • An invitation can only be sent to email addresses not yet registered in Prerender.
  • If you see a message saying that the User already exists, kindly contact our support team using the contact form in your Prerender dashboard or email support@prerender.io.
  • We can move the already existing account under your main account. However, moving the already existing account will revoke access from the original account. 

Delete team member

You can remove team members from your Prerender account with the Account Owner or Admin privileges.
