Team Accounts / Multi Users
Prerender.io has a multi-user functionality, which is still under development. You can invite your team members via your Dashboard by navigating to Team Members.
By adding their email address, you can invite your team members to access your Prerender account.
Please be aware that you can invite up to 20 members individually. Invitation links are valid for 12 hours.
The invitation will only work for email addresses not yet registered on Prerender. If you want to add a team member with an email already registered, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
User roles and permissions:
- Super Admin - Main account's creator:
- invite team members with any role
- edit any team member's role while the invitation is pending.
- remove any team member from the main account.
- Admin - team member
- Invite any team member except Admin and Super Admin
- Cannot change team member's role
- Remove any member of the team besides the Super Admin
- Billing Manager
- invite other Billing Manager
- cannot edit or remove team members
- Cannot delete or add cached URLs
- Cannot change setting
- Manage billing data, changing subscription plan, purchase packages
- Export data from the dashboard
- Team members
- Change setting
- Delete or add cached URLs
- Invite other Team Member or Guest user
- Guest
- Read-only. Cannot change any settings or export or delete anything.
- Cannot invite further team members.
You can remove team members from your Prerender account if necessary.
